Successful Bitcoin investors have different scheme for how they want to handle the next phase of their Bitcoin investment. There's no kind of scheme that has been specifically fixed for a successful investor to follow, they usually do things as they thought it wise. If I become a very successful Bitcoin investor, I will continue to extend the investment and buy more Bitcoin and other valuable cryptos and even invest in other asset that can generate a passive income. Those other examples you gave can be used too, because some successful investors have used their profits to run other business.
