Carlo Ancelotti is an established, well-known coach and no one doubt about his professional qualities regardless of the results of his team. I am personally pretty sure he doesn't have any problems with Real Madrid president and administration nor them having a problem with him. Yet, he will resign respectfully by the end of the season for personal or familial reason to avoid seeing him kicked from the team.
Real Madrid do not accept defeats and a season without any trophy. The same thing happened with several coaches. The reason for their change is different when we read papers only.
Real Madrid always targets Trophies every season, if they fail, then the coach will be blamed and replaced with another coach. That's what Ancelotti experienced this season, he couldn't meet the targets set by the club due to several factors that occurred in his squad.
The loss of Toni Kroos had a major impact on Real Madrid performance, then their misery was compounded after several key players suffered serious injuries. Overall, Ancelotti did not fail with Real Madrid because he still holds the status as the coach who has contributed the most trophies to Real Madrid.
I think Ancelotti should not be dismissed from the team. He should just be reminded that he needs to make more courageous decisions. Because I don't see any problems with his management. However, he can't take the team's star players out of the game and I think he can't give encouraging speeches to the players this year. Because many players can make harsh moves around him. It's as if the players' respect for him has diminished.
