Ancelotti's dismissal may not end as expected. Firstly, Real Madrid refuses to pay Ancelotti compensation for the early extension of his contract. Secondly, it looks like Ancelotti has refused to coach the national team in Brazil and is going to Saudi Arabia. This changes everything. It looks like Ancelotti's parting with Real Madrid may not be as friendly as initially expected. In addition, Ancelotti notified the Brazilian Football Federation that he can only start work in August, which clearly does not suit them.

They would like him to start work immediately in June. So there are many inconsistencies here too. And at the same time, Saudi Arabia is interested in getting Ancelotti as their coach, the club has not yet been named, but the contract amount is about 50m, which clearly exceeds Brazil's offer of 8m. So it is quite possible that Ancelotti will go to Saudi Arabia.
Means things have gotten complicated with Ancelotti leaving Real Madrid. It is not as friendly as people thought it would be at first. One problem is that Real Madrid does not want to pay Ancelotti money for extra time he was supposed to stay on his contract. Also it lookd Ancelotti has said no to coaching Brazil national team and might go to team in Saudi Arabia instead. This changes everything. He also told Brazil that he could not start working until August but they wanted him to start right away in June so that did not work out.
Meanwhile club in Saudi Arabia is very interested in Ancelotti as their coach and is offering him much more money than Brazil. So it looks like Ancelotti will probably end up coaching in Saudi Arabia and his leaving Real Madrid might involve some disagreements about money. We will have to see which team in Saudi Arabia he joins since they are offering him so much.
If Ancelotti ends up not coaching Brazil for me will be mainly due to the incompatibility among him, Real Madrid and Brazil. Real Madrid are pushing to keep him a little longer, Brazil want him immediately, it's complicated. I don't think he cares about Saudi Arabia's money, he's already earned a lot of money, why would he go there to coach a random team when he could be the first foreigner to ever coach the Brazilian National team? I mean, that is something that goes way beyond money, it means being part of football history once again, it's another incredible achievement.
Ancelotti is one of the best coaches in the world of football. That's why his Real Madrid career was magnificent. The Brazilian national team is a team far from its former success. Argentina has now lost South America. They are far from legends like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Romario, Rivaldo. The last person to emerge as such a star was Neymar, but he is also quickly ending his career. We will see if Ancelotti can get Brazil back together.
