But they silently accumulating and ignore those conditions made by IMF. I find their action great statement that there's no one can stop them to buy Bitcoin.

I really had strong admiration of EL Salvador President since their current action state that IMF action will not bother them and they continue to do what they believe could bring future progress on their country. I also believe that in future IMF pressuring will stop and they would ask for similar condition  and they let El Salvador to buy without getting any pressure.
