When TheQuin was active, people could recover their account by signing a message from their profile address, but now as stated by Mahdirakib, they are not responsive to the requests at all.
Yes, when TheQuin was active in this thread, it seemed that freebitcoin had good user support. Now, they formally also have it, but in reality, it's useless. Honestly, I still don't understand why they created the CSFBC account, which can respond to users' questions for a couple of days and then be inactive for several months.
Maybe just ease up the tension happening especially that they see their thread has been flocked by negative sentiments and doubts by people questioning their reputation.
