When we were registering those wishing to receive Chamby tokens in the 6th airdrop, about 30 BTT users already had these tokens, as they had participated in previous airdrops. Of course, most of them carefully read the rules for registering for the airdrop, which stated that the TON address should not have been used for Chamby tokens in previous airdrops. However, 8 forum users did not take this rule into account and wrote previously used TON addresses. I sent each of them a PM asking them to change the addresses to new ones. After my request, 6 users did so. But two users did not do this, despite the personal message. As a result, these two forum users did not receive anything.
Therefore, now I advise all participants of the 7th airdrop to carefully read and follow the rules for registering for this airdrop and not to write addresses previously used for Chamby in the application.
