Nope there isn't any! And I don't think there would be in the near future! I don't see a reason why!
You may need to pay a little fee to remove the shadowban from yourself as a TOR user but that's also a kickass way bitcoin allows to anonymously prevent IP bans for legitimate users without having to go through silly hoops that could also be botted like most websites.
I knew trying to register through the TOR network would result in users paying evil fees but what do you mean by shadowban!? I haven't came across this specific term in any of the topics I have engaged before! I only knew that a user with evil fee cannot send PM's nor post, and still use the forum, but nothing beyond that!
