Every country. Even those rich countries have a lot of corruption and if they didn’t have any corruption they could be richer I am sure. My country for example would be a lot better if the government worked efficiently the way that it should and we took less time cleaning up the mess politicians are always leaving behind.
My country is also not exempted from this; there are more corrupt politicians and government officials than the good ones with pure intentions for the country and its citizens. They are more focused on what they can do for themselves while they are in office over how they can better the country's condition, and until such people with that negative mindset don't have a place in politics, it will be hard for such a country to grow economically.

We can say, At some point, money can solve problems. At some point, money can cause problems and even crimes. With money you can do anything, but on the other hand if someone manages it well then the results will also be good.

If we talk about a large scale like a country. In some parts of the country, many people complain about the difficulty of finding money, and it turns out that the money is hoarded by corruptors. Because people's money is controlled by corruptors, the circulation of money below becomes less, which makes the economy slow down, the social gap widens. Corruptors, Corrupt Families and their power networks are getting richer, while the poor are increasingly trapped in poverty. Honest politicians who want to build the country are very few in today's era, even if there are usually politicians who cannot do much in a bad system.
