Manchester United surprised me today. Playing against the Laliga side, Athletic Club which is considerably one of the to teams in the league and somehow, Manchester United is able to beat them by 3 goals to 0 in their home stadium.
We would say the red card situation had some effects but, considering the fact that, they were already leading by a goal before the red card situation, Manchester United had a really solid play. Taking advantage of the red card to press and be more attacking saves the day for them. If was an important first leg and they made the most of it.
Honestly today’s Manchester United against the Athletic clubs was very surprising everybody with how their performances goes well throughout the of the match, because nobody expected that kind of performance from them with how their was performing poorly all this while. Even me I was expecting that Athletic club can beating them; but their much effort it was not possible.
I hope if they can continue with this their recently performance, Manchester United will soon over take the Athletic Club from the 2nd position in the table. Because right now their in good form of they can maintain their consistent they will make their fans proud by dominating the Europa League this season.
