I remember some seasons ago when I said repeatedly that for PSG to win the champions league, they will need to have a team with more bond and rarely a superstar. He could be a good player and not that exceptional kind of player.
1. Neymar could not do it
2. Neymar and Mbappé couldn't also do it.
3. Neymar, Mbappé and Messi also didn't do it.
It shows that individual names don't win the champions league but w good team does. Who could believe that PSG could go this far without the above trio.
I agree that at some point PSG had many stars but the connection between them wasn't ideal, not that efficient if I could say so. PSG right now have more odds than ever to win Champions League and they shouldn't miss that unique opportunity.
I want to mention also Manchester United in Europa League. This team played today at a way that let everyone surprised how they were able to score 3 goals and defeat a club like Athletic Bilbao. Some will say the red card helped them. I might say it is only partially correct because they did pretty well even before it. If Manchester United played like that here in English Premier League they would be in the top 4!
