SCAM: Funds held for 6 months — no response, no refund

I made an exchange from TRX to ZEC via (powered by Changelly). All AML/KYC requirements were fulfilled: identity verification, income statements, official contracts with stamps — everything was submitted properly.

After that — complete silence for 6 months. No timeframes, no explanations, and no response from support. They claim the funds are “under review”, yet blockchain activity shows that my funds were already moved to other wallets. So they’re not frozen — they’re clearly being used.

There are many similar complaints online. I’m not the only one affected. More and more evidence shows this is a scam and dealing with this service is dangerous.

Absolutely not recommended. If you’ve had the same experience — speak out. Only together can we stop this.

supposedly a check in the course of which and the details were not given to me, but to BestChange, but when I contacted BestChange they said that they are just a recommendation platform and have nothing to do with it, how can you share details of this kind with someone who has nothing to do with the matter? My funds are clean, there is evidence of this and all the requirements of the exchanger have been met, but they ignore all this, damned scammers BestChange and Changelly
