As per our latest explanation, we are afraid that the decision is final and we can not meet you with the proposal you relay to us. If we may repeat, the call was made by our provider and we can not overturn this.
And though the proposal sounds like an ideal way to meet you as our player in the middle, we also can not give in to it in concern that it will set a bad predicament for future cases where other players will request similar exceptions.
We understand this is hard to accept, but unfortunately the decision is once again final and we can not grant any of the points you propose as alternative.
This is our final say in the matter.

Though I have been debriefed about your talk with our colleague earlier this day, and he told me that he's explained the situation to you, I was asked specifically by him to extend our apology that just like your past conversation with our other colleague, we can not grant your offer this time due to the above reason. While I understand that the decision is considered final and comes from your provider’s side, I kindly ask you to take one more moment to reconsider or consult further if any alternative could still be possible. Over $4,400 in progress is not just a number it reflects hours of honest gameplay and commitment. Being halfway through unlocking it, it’s incredibly tough to see it potentially go to waste.
I am not trying to bend the rules I simply hoped for some flexibility or a creative solution that respects both your policies and the effort already made.
Regardless, I appreciate the responses so far, and I’m still hopeful that there might be room even if slim for a reconsideration.
