OP I just wanted to ask something (I am not trolling so please don't get me wrong), do you think, the below two statements are the same?

IMO the second is direct assertion but the first one is not. I mean, it would be interpreted as you are not a liar but your future conduct can be perceived as untruthful because of your present behaviour. Betcoin did not give you a negative tag or anything, they just expressed their mind in the least assertive way. This much freedom is needed on the argument level for freely speaking our minds. It is not a big deal. Don't make it a prestige issue.
One more thing, you asking for 1BTC as compensation lol even if for a second let's assume Betcoin is at fault, how did you come up with the number of 1BTC? I mean, why not 10 or even 100 BTC?
