0-1 difference over PSG still has a chance but it will happen at the opponent's home and I think PSG will be much more careful to keep maximizing the opportunity. PSG haven't won the Champions League title same also with Arsenal so the most important thing is for one among them to win it this season instead of singling out only Arsenal. So whether Arsenal retaliate the 1:0 defeat by PSG in the second leg, whoever that qualifies for the finals is all for the love of football and nothing more. Barcelona is stronger than Inter Milan but the stage they are in the Champions League is a very critical stage, perhaps every team wants to win and move to the finals so Barcelona didn't underrate or underestimate Inter Milan. Barcelona was even lucky if not they would have lost the match after Inter Milan scored the first 2 goals but they were determined to battle a draw in the end. If Inter Milan succeeds is eliminating Barcelona, it shouldn't look strange after all Inter Milan have eliminated Barcelona in Champions League semifinal before (2009/2010 Champions League season).
