Note: I am aware there are women in the crypto space. I am not arguing that, am talking about women out there who see this as rocket science, get rich quick scheme or outright scam.
It's called investing, explain to them what investing is all about and you have already answered half of their questions. We don't basically need more women in the industry, what we need are those that wants to be in the industry irrespective of their gender.
This isn't a political movement that we're looking for equality, it's a movement for those who believes in what Bitcoin has to offer. The same way you'll be explaining to a man what Bitcoin is that's the same way you should be explaining to a woman too. Anyone that understands why owning an asset is important, that's the targetted audience.
The industry needs people that'll genuinely what to be here and not those that they were force and then they started turning the market into what'll be filled with so much emotions.
