This wasn't the reason why the law was pass, the government has been looking for means to legalize cryptocurrency for the long time and small small them been dun they shift their view on cryptocurrency from being negative to positive and also looking for means to tax companies that they can tax to make some revenue from these companies them.
I no see any much difference this new law go make sha because e go take better time before we go begin they see some changes in the way people view Bitcoin in the country. Alot of news has always associated the industry with failed investment and scamming.
Wetin me just dey feel na say the government dey only find way them fit make money and by recognising Bitcoin, them dey open door for investment from the companies in the crypto sector to fit they tax them as this law is never in the support of the common man.

The only time I want to believe say Nigeria government done really sincere about cryptocurrency to function and legit currency with security for we Nigeria na when we no get problem with banks knowing say particular money when enter my account na through crypto I take make the money.
