Only Satoshi's wallet's reserve/holding of Bitcoin does not change because Satoshi has not activated his wallet. The remaining wallets, except for Satoshi, are constantly updated because all those active users/owners are constantly buying or selling Bitcoin in new ways, in which case the amount of Bitcoin will definitely be more or less. However, the number of Bitcoins mentioned by the OP MicroStrategy seems to be incorrect as MicroStrategy's holdings of Bitcoin are around 535555 BTC.
