We all know that when gambling starts to stress us out, it often leads to addiction, as they say, gambling is supposed to be entertainment, so we should be enjoying it. But why are there times when we don’t feel happy at all? Instead, we feel stressed and the more we gamble, the worse it gets.

It even ruins our focus on things that are more important than gambling.

So how about you? have you ever felt stressed because of gambling? if yes, what did you do to overcome it?
Once you are not gambling for the fun, you are likely to get stressed out while gambling, so for such not to happen, you as a gambler need to gamble with only the amount that you can afford to lose, and only gamble for fun and not for money making.

Knowing fully well that, gambling is a high-risk thing so not expecting a winning from gambling will save you from stress if you lose along the way in the game.

That's the main purpose of gambling, it's meant for fun but a lot of people are trying to turn it into a source of income that's why they are constantly getting stressed out. The game wasn't designed for gamblers to make profit but people still do as a result of luck trying to make it a constant thing isn't really possible. Just like you said, expecting too much is just going to get you disappointed, always be ready to accept the outcomes.

Well you can't actually blame them because some of them actually try to replicate their previous big winner failing to understand that the game actually doesn't work like that as you can't determine the actual time you get to win and moreover the owners of these gambling industry are business oriented and you don't expect a business man to be in loss for his customer being you the gambler so best to do is enjoy your time while it last and manage the days when it's bad.
