For me it's easier to make money during a bear market if you can analyse the market yourself. Because when a dump happens, then we can see a recovery as well. It means if you don't dare to accumulate during a bear market, then you can make money when it starts recovering the price. For that you must have patience. Otherwise you can't make money and may become panicked. Also during a bull market, it is possible to make money if you are active on the market.

For both, earning from bull and bear, you should have enough patience and be proactive in the market. Unless you know what's going to happen, you won't be a successful trader. Most probably you may lose from the hype; entering hyped tokens may dump immediately. You have to research the market conditions; it will help to understand the situation and decide what to do now.
