Why should we talk about the bear market when the market is acting the opposite?
Even traders and investors are not sure if we are in a complete bull market because the market still looks volatile in an unpredictable direction. For some time now it has been moving upward and i won't expect the market to go up straightforward when its bullish. Definitely there will be fluctuation which will confuse many investors to make the wrong decisions.
