I'm sure some of us here are earning referral commissions from online casinos, especially if the signature campaign you're participating in allows your own referral links in the signature. I just wanted to ask something, I've been consistently receiving referral earnings for the past three months, but it seems like I didn’t earn anything this April.

I understand that one possible reason could be that my referral has stopped playing. However, since there's no direct way for me to know whether they're still active or not, how do you usually confirm if your referral has actually stopped playing?

Unfortunately, many online casino platforms do not provide detailed information about the activity of referred users, which can make it difficult to know whether your referral is still active or not... but there are a few tips you can follow to try to confirm this:

1. Contact casino support: The most direct way to get this information is to ask the casino directly through customer support... Are they likely to lie? It depends on their reputation, but sometimes it is better to go straight to the point and get a reasonable solution such as "a technical issue" and in addition to the payment due maybe even a bonus as an apology. Of course, this depends on the platform's privacy policy, so they may not provide all the details.

2. Test your referral link with a friend's account... ask them to sign up using your referral code to check if it is still active. If the code works and generates benefits, it is likely that the referral system is still working properly

3. Check if there have been any changes to the rules of the referral program: Sometimes casinos change the conditions of their affiliate or referral programs without clearly warning... don't the referrals expire after a certain amount of time, for example?
