When I talk to chat support, they always ask me to email. Email support normally responds after 12 hours.
That is the only way at the moment. The team is working on a more suitable solution, where you can can automatically track your referrals. While that is being fixed, support will be notified and you should be able to get a much faster response when you inquire.

Also support said my referrals should input my affiliate ID and not my user ID for the free bet to be credited automatically, but I cannot seem to find my affiliate ID. Where can I see that?
