I hope you can give us summary on why does there’s a lot of same issue about multiple account recently on Rollbit despite some user claims they are forced to admit the other account.

I've voiced that assumption on several occasions.

Though Razer didn't confirm this [nor that I asked him] and if this is true, I'll repeat that it's such a frown inducing practice, but I'd like to think that it's their default answer to redirect players to the compliance desk. So basically every case, be it multi acc or advanced KYC request, or an inquiry to investigate winning by providers or any other cases, the default message received will be that. Rollbit are trying this new approach to handle cases, and I think they probably still need to have many things tweaked to perfect the system; the initial response [if my assumption is correct] included.

It's my pure assumption, none of Rollbit's element ever confirm this, be it from Razer or from previous players who raise their cases here and got resolved [they simply tell us it's resolved, no further explanation on what happened, so it could be true that the situation with those cases are all multi-acc-related]
