This is the main reason I decided to be self employed. I dislike working for people. They tend to mistreat their workers which is kinda in human to me. During the holidays, I still see of of my friends going to their jobs with just few hours to spend with their family during these festive periods. Being self employed has been the best decision I made in my early ages. It helps me build my own establishment without needing to take commands or control from any upper authorities. During my holidays I take time to rest and attend to customers who needs to be answered urgently.

If you can really make it and have your one job, it will really help you and not leak anyone foot. You will go to your work when you want but the down aspect of having a self employment is that you need to discipline, you need to punctual, you need to be active else if you procrastinate things that you are going to be doing, you might not be productive enough to make money at the end of the day, you will be as good as a jobless person but if you are serious about it, there is pay in it.

I don't know for other people but if any person employed a fellow human being and ask them to work extra hour, then they are definitely bad people, they don't have sympathy for their fellow human because you need to have some rest at the end of the day, unless you signed up for it that you are going to be working off hour and if you are getting paid for it, that's cool by me if you don't really think there is much time needed for work because I really like employers that don't joke with their employees.
