The brother assured you of making gain when you start trading? Did you pay the person to teach you how to trade? Is it that the person is the one in charge of the account which you are using to trade? Or maybe the person is the one that’s providing trading signals for you?

If am introducing any newbie to trading, then I won’t be assuring them that they will be making money from trading, because I know beginners don’t make money from trading at the beginning, if you are learning to trade, then you will be losing money, and that’s why I do recommend beginners to always trade with just little amount of money, because they might end up losing most of the money that they start trading with. I don’t really think it’s right to assure a newbie they are going to be making money if they start trading. Before you start making money, then you will have lost some money during the learning process, and even as a professional trader, loss will definitely set in.
