If you check the topic, it is related to individual unlike the second one, About drunkenness and sleepiness which its content is related to environment. I mean about being on steering and breakdown which can result to accident. Although, the way both are not constructed with little thoughts, I will prefer them both to be in off-topic. But the first one I mentioned supposed not to be on politics and society, while the second can still be considered.
