Arsenal have not been so good for most parts of the season, especially with the finishing, and even the fans know that. Those two surprising wins vs Real Madrid got some boys suddenly exited and forgot Arsenal's long-standing problem and now after a couple more games, it's just Arsenal at its default all over again.
If PSG bottle up the second leg even with Dembélé's absence, that's on them.
