Sometimes I find it difficult to differentiate posts that belong to off topic and politics/society.
These two topics seem identical and in my opinion, I think they belong to the off topic board rather than politics and society.
About drunkenness and sleepiness About laziness and sleepiness I know there is nothing political about the posts, but I don't know if there is something societal in them.
Let me get you right. It's the OP trying to understand the difference between the purpose of the two boards OT and P&S and what sort of topics could be discussed there? Or you're asking about where the two identical topics you presented in the OP does actually fall into, either in OT or P&S?
When it comes to topics that belongs to P&S it's easy to identify them when they have some elements of politics within the lines of thread but in the absence of political elements in the thread it's mostly left for the mods to decide if it could be regarded as falling into societal discussion or off-topic. If you sight any, what you do is report to mod and they use their discretion to decide since it's their job to.
