The forum has a way to block bad IP addresses in a certain range (for new users), but that obviously doesn't stop anyone from making literally countless accounts here. I wasn't specifically talking about prevention, but about using the existing IP address base in combination with coin addresses - of course if they were available to anyone but the admin.

Of course, that won't happen, because as you say, it would do more harm than good.
