Satoshi Nakamoto did not need Bitcoin to be widely accepted. He created for us an alternative system of value transfer without censorship that can be used by every person on earth with money and internet. The widespread acceptance of Bitcoin, ETFs and the proliferation of cryptocurrency exchanges, manipulation and mining is interesting to people who want to make money. Bitcoin is not often used for transfers because the fees on this network are too expensive compared to cheaper networks. Satoshi Nakamoto's ideas are not interesting to many people, but this does not deprive Bitcoin of its value.
