I want to see how well the foot holds up.
That is very good one in tracking in some klm/hr before or immediately your daily push-ups, i really abide to that idea because that is what i always do sometimes and it is good exercise.
I always see the difference in doing push-ups only without attaching any other exercise and also when joining other exercises like morning jogging, gymming many more but few to mention, once i was able to archived those exercises i do fee fit and healthy, our body needs daily exercises to keep us fit in all times.
