Set of refund checks went out today, with more to follow tomorrow and Monday. BTC Refunds that were waiting should be sent within the next hour.
We are at about ~60% refunded shares. I really with people would just have a little patience, I am not going anywhere with your money. Live has been very busy and I want to make sure everyone who wants a refund gets their refund.

Just how patient do you expect your customers to be, bobsag? 1month? 2months? 3months? Meanwhile we have lost the opportunity cost of btc tied up that could have been otherwise invested in productive ventures, not 'jam tomorrow' as promised by you.
