Well sometimes it is more wise to sound mad so that even the likes of you don't take what is being said seriously and in turn suffer the consequences through your own fault. It is clear from your posts that you also have some "special needs" and it would be wiser to remain silent around your table but that aside noticing something of immeadiate concern maybe you should change the attempted diy therapies you have been giving yourself perhaps for at least one synthetic one by an actual qualified medical practicioner who might have a proper Phd or at least a masters. For this particular concern ..although insulin spikes can be caused by other issues .. I suggest ozempic which should also as a side effect on your dream state give you a warning of your immeadiate afterlife if you make joke of a blessing that has been given in earnest.
