Almost all casinos and other crypto services have this kind of programs. If you have been very keen on social media especially streaming platforms you will see certain streamers posting massive winnings from let's say slot games and this encourages their viewers or followers to also try out the games. The problem with some streamers or influencers, they are just in there for money and therefore will be so aggressive with advertising and won't tell the real story.
Sometimes this situation is even a little worrying because not a few influencers make this as a job without considering the risks that can actually have an impact even including for the site itself.
For some big sites, this might not be a problem because they are doing it with good intentions to reach new users who are on social media but sometimes there are some moments that this becomes a hidden scam in the end because as you said, sometimes many influencers just make this a job “to get money” so that not a few of them are quite aggressive in introducing the site without caring about anything.
