Someone who worked in secret service told me that france old leader Jacques Chirac called putin for secret meeting so putin flew to there and chirac told putin let's make own NATO without USA and france and Russia will be the one who will lead this and collect money from others as the strongest ones.
Back then bush was putins best friend...and putin told that he can't betray his friend bush like this.
Since then Putin started to not trust france anymore so much....he also told this story to bush so bush knew that france Wanted to do back stabbing.

You only hear this from me but it's true i think we live times when no need to keep secrets anymore but let's just speak up all that's the only way we could understood the root couse of problems.
Also a lot ex secret service agents start speaking out now because If they understood all the issues are just missunderstoods a lot between world leaders.
This thing might couse nuclear war and people who worked with secret services knows that we are closer to nuclear war then ever before.
