It's great that everything has been resolved (or is in the process of being resolved), but what was missing was proof that the funds came from an exchange (as you yourself claim), this would have given more credibility to your complaint.
You showed your personal email in the screenshots, if it isn't for exclusive use by the casino, be very careful when sharing/showing your personal email, scammers may try to send you spam and other scams.
As Cointxz commented, you provided screenshots that didn't show the entire conversation with support, in short, everything could have been resolved more easily, you could have recorded the screen scrolling through the messages you had with support.
you could check txid and check address which money was sent from,it filled by wallet named''bitget 3'',and has a bitget name by itself,but if you asked me a screenshot,no problem,i send it here.

about conversation my bad,i thought 4 ignored requests are enough to understand that they ignore me.second conversation is not mine,as i said it john's convesation from his account,so i can not provide more info because its all that he sent to me.
