I'd only question the 'into Ukraine' part.
If the West, acting through their demonic dwarf Zelensky, did a biological attack on the leadership of a large fraction of the world I could see widespread global support for vastly increased targeting of 'decision making centers' to receive the Oreshnik cleansing treatment.
The actual research facilities are spread across hapless third-world countries around the globe, and the people who would get sickened don't really deserve it. Their corrupt leadership who allowed the research certainly do though, and my fondest hope is that they meet justice within my lifetime.
I've been waiting for years for some awareness of this issue to make it into the public consciousness. Even the coviads plandemic didn't do the trick. Hopefully the world's populations will wake up and stop tolerating biological and chemical attacks on themselves by a bunch of creepy eugenicists.

Putin has exchanged nearly a million soldiers, billions in weapons (some of which cannot be replenished), their arms sales to allies, their international reputation, their relation with Europe for... 20% of Ukraine and...
- The likelyhood that Ukraine will be armed to the teeth (NOT in NATO most likely).
- Finland and Sweeden into NATO.
- Europe willing to spend in weapons.
- US having a reason to defend Ukraine.
Is not a good deal.
RE Moscow, etc... you "ideas" are pretty wild. Zelensky has said that Ukraine cannot guarantee the security of anyone visiting Moscow in times of war. That it is for the Kremlin to guarantee that security - which they cannot.
But I do not think Ukraine will do absolutely anything in Moscow. However, I am pretty sure that Ukraine will celebrate all those air defence systems being brought to Moscow with their own "celebrations" in several strategic military and oil exporting locations.

Your 'exchanged' numbers don't match Russia's reported numbers. Russia's operations are not against the world. Rather, they are the only thing that is maintaining freedom in the world, from the conquest of the elite banking system. True, Trump is helping Russia by his operations, a little.

If Ukraine does nothing, Zelensky will be shown to be a wind-bag. He can't endure that kind of advertising and hope to maintain his position as the leader he wants to be. His own people will see it sooner or later, and expel him from office and the country. It doesn't matter to him, much. He has his 'mansions' set up in various parts of the world, including the US and Switzerland.
If Ukraine doesn't get help, they are done. It's being shown in the fact of Russia's gradual conquest of lands that they claim are theirs. If Zelensky had capitulated at the beginning of the war, hundreds of thousands of lives would have been saved, and Russia would not have gone much (if any) further than the Black Sea Corridor. Now, Russia will take all of Ukraine.
Zelensky needs to get off his cocaine, drop his boasting to himself, and start caring for his people.
