I think most Bitcoin investors will not be alarmed by the price fluctuations as they have a long-term mindset. I also think that investors who are just beginners and started with $10 or $20 a week and are committed to holding on to Bitcoin for a point and moving forward will continue to accumulation regardless of the price and regardless of the price. The alarm should be for any newbie who is gambling with their wealth in the hope of getting rich in a short time.
In fact, an example of people who have been investing in Bitcoin for a long time is that they are confident that an asset will give them financial freedom in the future. By continuously accumulate to grow their holdings. The fact that I have been on the forum for over a year and have gained confidence in my ability to save Bitcoin is actually not a long time for me to accumulate for the long term, but I am confident that it would be easy for me to consider accumulation regularly for at least three cycles or more because I am not afraid of price fluctuations and I can grow myself financially through discretionary income.

This is why DCA stands out to not function as a comfortable strategy only but as a strategy to help build your discipline. And investor who have been making series of DCA accumulation overtime is likely to not give a shit about what the current market trend is, especially when his aim is centered on making long term investment. With the use of small buys from our discretionary income it make our efforts looks a bit insignificant whereas accumulation for a long period of time will result to a significant value when you impose consistently as a discipline. A newbie who happens to make his first investment decision off lump sum may likely pass through a lot of emotional trauma when the price of Bitcoin drops after his investment compared to a newbie who segments his accumulation using DCA. the trauma might prompt him to sell at loss with the fear of losing everything because during that face of their investment, they are yet to gain some level of trust for the market.
