Sometimes people don't actually know what to say they would just post to keep themselves busy, and of course I wouldn't blame anyone or penalized them as the forum is a free place to share information. Although it must not only related to Bitcoin but some other posts, that is why sometimes we don't have to be that zealous at all times because it disturbs the brain at times.
