You are right, women are to be given proper knoweldge too, because I have seen many scammers scamming old women mostly, the last scam I remember in which a person impersonate as some celebrity using AI and scammed an old lady for his all retirement money. The world was already end for that lady which is really scary and troublesome for her.
You said this thing like women are simpleton and I don't think most of them will like the sound of it and the angle you're taking it from. "They're to be given proper knowledge" and men shouldn't? Do you think the brain composition of humans differ? Look, the only way they could differ is if they've brain deformity. I'm not a medical person but the little I've read tells me that.
As for scam you mentioned there, both men and women get scammed. It's not a gender thing.
