As far as I can see, you struggle with large numbers in the puzzle. That is, you try to make them smaller—hoping to identify a pattern. The script above would probably work if they were whole numbers, but irrational numbers appear because the randomization method is obvious.

The Y values fluctuate without showing a clear exponential or polynomial growth pattern. Instead, they seem to oscillate within a range (mostly between 2000 and 8000), with occasional outliers like Puzzle 69.

From n=70 to n=75, Y increases by a factor of ~23.

From n=75 to n=80, Y increases by a factor of ~49.

Y cannot be rational in this formula. To make Y an integer, you must modify the original equation.

However, you haven’t shown how far you’ve progressed.  Roll Eyes
