I don't think financial crisis was the reason but the true reasons the Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed the Bitcoin reserve bill, is "citing concerns over the risks associated with investing public funds in "untested" assets like
virtual Currency ".
The Governor reasons for Vetoed the Bill is just inconsiderate,not convincing enough and unimportant for not allowing the state to invest in an important assets like Bitcoin.
Obviously she needs to put some reason into it, and technically it's untested as a reserve in U.S.
Given what she said on that tweet, i can't see any reason why this wouldn't be just part of her rejected bills until republicans stop holding funding for disabled citizens.
I mean why should she bend over this? It's not like she is losing anything by doing it. It's more like leverage for negotiations, especially when we are talking about this kind of policy changing money, and when there are more pressing use for that money.
