they are defenitely scammers, my friend also got his withdrawal denied and account closed this morning. No answer at all from jeremy guy no idea why he asked me for username and never replied since last week.
The username is to look into your log and all from the "inside", from their side. If that's not obvious enough. And if they're yet to reply, I'll strongly assume it's because their compliance team is yet to get a chance to look into your case. Maybe Jeremy already escalated it to them and they're lost in some interdepartment miscommunication.
