From your experience and the present landscape of the mining horizon, what will be your genuine advice for someone interested in mining bitcoin, to abandon the interest or to continue?
Also, if you think that they could still benefit well, what tips can you give from the lessons you have learned?
By tips I mean information like, best mining equipment name and model to use, and then other hacks you discovered on your own.
I often get this question from friends who are new to crypto, especially Bitcoin. They usually ask how to get Bitcoin, and one of the things I tell them is by mining. However, when they are interested and want to do it, then I will tell them that for now it is still possible, but I have to ask the capital they want to spend to do mining, so that I can calculate mining income, and can also suggest whether to do solo mining or not. Even so, I will still motivate those who really want to do Bitcoin mining to keep doing it, on the grounds that the value of Bitcoin will grow in the long term.
