Signing a player like him for free will be a great job!
Real Madrid are now making it a habit, lol, they signed Kylian Mbappe for free and now they get Trent Arnold for free too, two of the best players in the world in their respective positions. Liverpool fans will be absolutely gutted, they will feel hard done that they are losing one of the best right backs in the world for free, when they could have easily got >60m for the English international, i guess Real Madrid are the winners in this deal.
Real Madrid is always hijacking players for free because of their influence, and because it is a team that any player is dreaming to play for, so when they show interest in some players, the players do show full interest in the team and will not sign contract extension with their former teams which do and up leading to a free move.
Thibaut Courtois joined Real Madrid for free from Chelsea, Antonio Rudiger also joined for free from Chelsea, Klyan Mbappr joined them for free from PSG, and now Trent Alexander Arnold is joining them for free from Liverpool. This is wickedness because the team have the money to pay for these players, but they tends to use the players emotions to get them for free.
Furthermore, when they wants to sell their players, they do put high price tag which has made it difficult for other teams to sign players from Madrid, most teams do only sign Real Madrid academy players instead signing their star players because they can’t afford them. I also heard that Real Madrid is demanding almost €100M asking price for Rodrigo; the amount is very expensive for him because he didn’t worth that amount, but since he is a Real Madrid player, they will demand for huge amount and any team that is interested in signing him will have to pay that amount, meanwhile, Madrid is getting players for free.
