So you don't care to run the latest cracked windows because the cracker group made it work with your late computer, but complain that linux doesn't work yet with it and call them "lazy". If your logic is so flawless, then go feed the pirates and leave this thread. I told you, this chip (BM1360) will not be supported due to low demand, and YOU are not going change that.
I was unaware that Linux coders got paid fees from people using their OS.
Unless you're telling me that no one even gets paid at Braiins for their work. 
Well I'm old school, even when I work for free, I take care with my work (aka pride), because I care about it being done right. Something that's massively lacking these days. I swear, every single "Professional" that I've seen these days mucks it up somehow that offends this "Amateur".
