I have seen slot machines installed in drinking spots and other places for relaxation and not really a casino. I got thinking, are we going to experience the new phase in gambling this way, for example, crypto casinos and game providers taking their slot machines to public places for relaxation to have them installed so people can play their favorite slot games on the go?
I am asking because this is what banks have turned to, having their ATM machines installed in public places to have people use them for withdrawals on the go. What are you thinking?
This is not new. Some stores and other independent businesses are allowing some provider to deploy their gambling machine within their vicinity. I do not know whether these have permits but probably it was illegaly placed since there are a few places that I new where gambling machines were once deployed are not to be seen now.
But I think it is not practical nowadays because of the emergence of mobile gambling where people can play online gambling anywhere, anytime they want.
But it doesn't make sense at all for them to do it. So I doubt that we will see this in the future. Slot machines should only be inside the casino. As if this go outside, there could be underage that might exposed to it.
This is concerning indeed but online gambling on mobile phones is way more concerning because these tangible illegally deployed gambling machines can easily get shut down if any concerned citizen reports it but the online gambling applications that plague the internet are harder to shutdown since people or children can secretly play them without anyone noticing them.
