Because if you look at their financials, their revenue has never reached to even a billion dollar. Also the revenue is declining year after year.
That's interesting. I just checked on multiple websites, and it seems their revenue is quite stable, around half a billion USD since 2018. I'm not sure how inflation affects them, but it feels like they're doing just fine, hence why they don't try to increase their revenue from actual business activities. I guess they're betting big on Bitcoin. Only time will tell if they're a genius or a risky gambler.
No gamble - they do it using convertible notes, as far as I know, so the risk is minimized for the investors, however, it's still there.
