Nope, I'm not in any race. Acquiring Bitcoin shouldn't be seen as a do–or–die event. We should treat it as one of those several investments people make. Not everyone will like the idea of Bitcoin to the extent of investing in it. Despite how internationally the US dollar is, not everyone likes it. As for the desire of owing 1BTC, I gave up on that several years ago. I don't even ruminate on it anymore. It's an aborted dream.
Investment in BTC is no race, I agree - it's rather an activity that is there for you when you are ready for it.
And we can return to it when we feel like it, not because it is enforced on us..
