no way, these are just people trying to find some good option that would help find the key faster, or at least find out where it starts)
It's just a way of representing numbers differently, aimed at trying to speed up the code. But since they don't have a formula that makes the expression inside the square root a perfect square and ensures that the denominator divides it evenly, this approach is ignored.
